Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy for non-customizable items. Items must be in the same condition you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, contact us at refund@nadine.shop Returns must be sent to the original delivery location—items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Customizable items and earrings are non-returnable. No refunds or exchanges are available for these products.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order. Customized items are not eligible for exchanges.
European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at refund@nadine.shop.
