1. Overview

Welcome to Nadine / Nadine Shop. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our site.

We operate online only, based in Cairo, Egypt, and currently do not have a VAT number or trade registration number.

2. Eligibility

To place an order, you must be:

  • Providing accurate and complete information

3. Products & Orders

a. Product Information

We aim to display product details—images, descriptions, prices—as accurately as possible. However, minor variations may occur.

b. Order Acceptance

Your order is considered accepted once we confirm it via email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases such as:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Out-of-stock items

  • Incorrect pricing

  • Incomplete or inaccurate information

c. Custom Orders

Customized items are made specifically for you and are non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are listed in EGP.

  • We are not VAT registered.

  • Payment must be completed using the available payment methods at checkout.

  • We do not store full credit/debit card details; payment is handled securely by third-party processors.

5. Shipping Policy

  • Standard shipping fee: 100 EGP

  • Free shipping for orders above 5,000 EGP

  • Delivery time: 3–5 business days within Egypt

  • We currently do not ship internationally

Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by couriers.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

a. Non-Customizable Items

You may return eligible products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns will be picked up from the original delivery address. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

b. Customizable Items & Earrings

These items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

c. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately upon receiving it so we can assess and resolve the issue.

d. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the website

  • Attempt to access unauthorized areas or systems

  • Disrupt website functionality

  • Use our content or images without permission

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Losses resulting from misuse of our products

  • Website interruptions due to technical issues

  • Third-party service failures (payment gateways, couriers, etc.)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

9. Intellectual Property

All content—images, text, logos, designs—is the property of Nadine / Nadine Shop and may not be copied or used without written permission.

10. Account Information (If Applicable)

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login details secure

  • Ensuring all provided information is accurate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
